Autoantibody Kits
Teprotest
The Teprotest kit was developed for the quantitative detection of antibodies to the human IGF1R (insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor, IGF-I receptor, CD221) in diluted serum samples.
The Teprotest kit is a 96-well immunoluminometric assay (ILMA) that uses a recombinant fusion protein consisting of the human IGF1R and a luciferase to detect antibodies to the human IGF1R bound to magnetic beads.
